What is VSI ?
Virtual Staffing, Inc. provides full service Recruiting and Career Management. We work directly with Veterinary Schools, Veterinary Technical Schools, and high-end Veterinary Practices of all sizes and specialties to provide full service Recruiting and Career Management. Our team is made up of several individuals with Veterinary experience; including a Veterinarian and owner of four AAHA accredited practices, a former Hospital Administrator and a number of individuals with HR experience.

Compatibility Assessment
MyVeterinaryCareer utilizes Profile International’s Assessment tools to better understand and measure core competencies, behaviors, and interest of Veterinary Professionals in Practices, to help ensure we find a Clinic the ‘pick of the litter’ the first time around. The right pick could increase a Practice’s production, ACT and improve the working environment, while a Professional who lacks what it takes to make it at certain Clinic can cost the Practice time and money.
How do we ensure quality ?
Instead of using a website to establish relationships with our Clients, we use it only as a tool, and carefully follow up with every interested party with a phone call or face-to-face meeting to enhance your personal profile. Our applicant screening process begins with a FREE consultation between the Candidate and one of our staff members to determine a Candidate’s career aspirations and unique abilities. We follow this up by requesting a resume and cover letter, an extensive list of references (checked by our team), a personal interview with the Candidate and a Compatibility Assessment to help us determine which Clinic a Candidate best fits into.
